We strive for our customers to be completely satisfied but we understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen.
Returns & Exchanges
•Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving package. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for refunds and only EXCHANGES at this time.
•Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition
•Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the item they would like to exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an order that is damaged or incorrect please email admin@queens2tall.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo, order number, and description.
